Has anyone beside me ever wondered if this may actually be the way PVEI does business? By monitoring these boards and taking revenge on anyone who criticizes the company or is critical of Peter etc? There have been reports of blocked IP addresses on the forum, but I wonder if they monitor both and mess with certs etc for those who speak out against them. I HOPE NOT, but I've heard from some people that they try and figure out certain people's identities on forums like this who are especially critical.

Over the last several months / year, I have been one of their biggest supporters, but it gets to the point where you have to ask what's going on behind the PVEI curtain? What are they working on? Why would they watch the PPS plummet to .0001 X .0002 with a shrinking bid at .0001 and not speak to us?

It is the ultimate test of loyalty for those of us who are holding on at this point :(

What does this mean? Are you saying that if the company believes that a shareholder who qualifies for the "gift distribution" did some sort of "harm" to the company they will not receive their certificate?

Shareholders who question or criticize the company have not harmed it or caused the PPS to decline. Peter is 100% responsible for any harm inflicted on the company and the decline in PPS due to a complete lack of anything he has ever announced coming to fruition, taking on debt he didn't pay and MASSIVELY diluting the stock. It's amazing how he always blames others, including some of his own investors, for the company's numerous misfortunes.

PVEC shareholders are the ones who have been harmed by Peter's actions!

Suggesting that shareholders need to cease questioning or criticizing the company if they want the gift certs to which they are entitled does not reflect well on Peter or the company.
