efood125, you probably have the most experience here, that i know of, with members of this managenent team. They have always impressed me as being very professional. For me, their most recent press releases have been delivered with a lot of confidence.

I do believe Nuvilex knows what they own. I also believe they would not have sent out this press release were it not true that someone has shown interest, imo. I also believe they have the interests of their shareholders in mind. We have been speculating as to the possibilities of a buy-out or major investors coming on board. We wondered why the LPC funding was put on hold for 145 days and if it had anything to do with a buy-out or additional investors.

I think our Dream Executive Management team has just informed us that something is brewing, imo.

The below link tells the details of the OMED and Pfizer deal. Sounds to me like a much better deal than a straight buy-out. I wonder if we are considering something similar to this deal. Just interesting that it was used as an example.

I also believe bull and others may have been right as well after reviewing the PR today. It looks like we are looking at mutiple therapies using Cell-in-a-Box(R). I remember even someone saying that Dr Von Hoff probably started looking at all the possible uses of Cell-in-a-Box(R) as soon as he got involved.

The next few months prove to be interesting as the end of the 145 days approacehes, the 10Q will be due and new13fs will be available at the end of June. Also, trials may also start.
