That would be with a "slow" FDA under typical conditions. Simply statistical avg based on FDA historical records. However there are "Fast Tracked" drugs that the FDA must have ASAP. Stable ADTs Opioids are exactly what the FDA must have and now. Officially stated or simply behind the scenes decision by the FDA. Political and Public criticism directed at the FDA is the highest in many years based on deaths related to easily defeated Opioids. Oxycontin and now Zohydro criticism will not go away until such time as stable ADTs are commercially available.
$ELTP's stable ADTs ELI200/201/202 are proven stable ADTs. It is now up to the FDA to speed up their typical snail pace approvals and Fast Track $ELTP stable ADTs.
Critique ELI202 trials as to why now?, connect the dots?, and IMO $ELTP stable ADTs are headed for Fast Track approvals late 2014 early 2015.
