Nothing would make me happier than having this shell sold to a viable company. However, that fact that there are shareholders like us still holding may make the shell less attractive. Nevertheless,I don't think Scorzelli would continue to file the required SEC paperwork and pay the fees year after year if they did not have some plan for the company/shell.
I hold USGA for years. Wondering if it has chances to move upward. Seem like it still alive. Does anyone here, if you are still around, know anything new about USGA. Dead, alive, or just some stimulation?
