You got that right. The timing of the arrest was unfortunate being right in the middle of the promo last dec. and all, but overall getting rid of Ulsteen is an upgrade for sure.

With the felony conviction perhaps getting in the way of him being able to make SEC filings for a while I'm hoping it's KABX that he sells to pay the IRS and not some other assets.
