FT, Peter reads the board and obviously participates in the call, I know he feels our frustration and wants these issues resolved ASAP. Whether he has a say in when this happens is questionable. Financing is obviously fluid, however they have been monkeying around with this way too long, I personally concluded much larger and more complex (with many covenents and companies in distress) in much shorter time and with reasonable terms. CFO, dividends are directly in their control and frankly I am tired of Solomon talking about it, just do it.
