I reviewed the tape vs. volume bars and the number is slightly above 50 million so far. We will need to look at it again an hour before the close. These are intraday conversions that are going through that will clear out at the end of the day but most of it were done during the first hour of the session.
There were 80 million shares in the queue last week and it was my impression that LOMA only did a partial conversion. Ann Powers, I do not think converted but if she had, that'd be 25MM shares. There are two other noteholders who'd come up to 55 million shares combined as for this week but I do not see them anywhere in the T/A's report so I will rule them out for now.
Am wondering who this could be. It might be helpful to look at the T/A's share structure report mid-week and see the changes against MINE's debt schedule.
