I saw that...Re Ken Glynn resignation

However in most of these shell purchases Ex CEO take a whack of stock that they issue to them selves and-friends and family that comes and bites the Co and its shareholders in the a@@! I wonder if Ken Glynn did that because according to TA no shares were issued since new management took over yet the selling was relentless

My question is three fold

1) Where did all the selling come from?

2) Did Glynn swipe a bunch of stock

3) Is that what caused the DTC chill in the first place
