You cover every member of the panels meals and entertainment. You have a gala ball afterwards highlighting you product as the centerpiece put on by a party planner.
Yes I KNOW it will cost at least that much and if they don't do it the panel will glad hand them pat them on the back and find a different solution. Real companies don't want to do business with struggling company's and in real business perception is everything.
