#22750 RE: CCruzNY #22749

CCruzNY, No, not in the recent incident. I was contacted by a company representative as a prospective private placement investor. This is how the company has funded its operations for the most part since inception. There is nothing wrong with that method of funding as long as investors realize that dilution is inevitable. As an investor, one must weigh the dilution against the potential profits, and see if that aspect of the company suits their investing comfort.

As an active trader, for me, private placement does not suit my methods due to the restriction period; having said that, I hold, from time to time, a million or mores shares of BLTA for trading purposes. Certification would be nice, but if it does not happen it would not be the "end of the world". GLTA!
