It was, it's been fluctuating in the .02s and 3s. My guess is they are saving energy, the return isn't worth running the server at full capacity until additional ones are added. When they were initially testing, the max I saw was 1.04 TH/s. We know it capable of that, so I believe they're in energy conservation mode until it's worth it to run at full capacity. We'll see once the other 2 are running this week
