How could it be talking about Intel? It is clearly talking of foundry business-TSMC and Samsung.
But you have right to believe what you want to believe

They said logic and foundry and the question I asked was do we know of anybody who is not getting what they asked for from the foundries in 20nm. Exactly where do you get something about my beliefs about either 16nm or 20nm from?
