The Up-Side here is the attention that it has drawn by its legitimate MJ efforts (LATF: one of the few that is in fact legitimate) has very vibrantly brought to light that it is a cash flow positive money maker. This (In my humble opinion) negates the fact that it was naked sold in to the ground by a few crooked Market Makers....And...Even at that, it only spent a couple of months teetering in and out of .000 land. I realize that some stocks took the easy way out with bogus MJ news as a share selling tool but that does not effect (in any way) the money that is going to be made in the Marijuana industry by those companies that are legitimate....To think otherwise would be like saying that Microsoft is a fraud because of the DOT.Com bubble-burst of the late 90s


$$$ income statements are the proof in the pudding here... They (LATF) were doing things right WAY before MJ came along.

Its not like me to marry a penny stock, but am im long here as of the 003s so I am hoping for the best for this little company.
