I am a little confused, doesn't that mean the PPS will go up, not down more than 24%?

The rest of the world understands that it is dilution and dilution alone that is the inverse driver of the PPS. For eight years dilution has increased the common share count and for eight years the PPS has fallen. Friday, we had more evidence of rampant dilution and the PPS is falling. This should, by now, be no surprise.

More than 200,000 shares were dumped/diluted in the first 15 minutes this morning. You know what that means -- lookout below.
