Basically no revenues, company is in the red, and so forth. If you look at the history HJOE had a great year 2012 and then fell apart do to some real bad deals, from financing to manufacturing the product of Hangover Joe's. They didn't start the production line of Hangover shot till March 2014 and GTRD Energy won't be on the shelves till next month, so no revenues to report for this 1st quarter of 2014. That is why this year is so important to the long term play, they have started production with Hangover shot again and with GTRD Energy now this should be reflected by end 2nd quarter and definitely by 3rd quarter.
