jerseyboy, If the Financials represent only the CT, then the profit % must be gross profit rather than net profit. Is that correct?

Is this company set up where Hisc owns a Majority percent in the company say 60%. And then as you say reimput their papers for upgrade. We will have our shares in the new company have our shares in Hisc.
