Oh yes, It was a delayed open. Today I have an ( H ) on my Scottrade Elite screen with an asterisk next to it. This is the first time I've seen that.

I remember it as a "delayed" open...not out of the norm for AMEX...but it was a bit longer that usual. I never saw that it was officially halted, though...like it is now.
