That will matter is the shares certified by the TA and transferred to the new TA...to be converted to Fuzz N Buzz...

If there are more, then they will have to produce evidence of ownership...imo

The problem with that is CWIR will only exist for debt proposes...imo

Now if there were shares sold outside the certified TA numbers. Then I guess the seller would be responsible for the replacement of those shares if necessary...imo
