He's really just getting his feet wet. He sees a bright line between policy making [what politicians that represent constituencies do] and policy implementation [following the statutes]. He sees his mandate as relatively modest. Having said that, he can do a lot and he is already in the process of doing quite a bit.

But he can't change the PSPAs without an agreement from Tsy. So, far a lot of things that are important to us, will have to wait.

Not that he's perfect. LOL. But, he did pretty well for his first week publicly on the job.

Vast improvement over DeMarco. Obviously, DeMarco did a great job in a lot of ways but he wanted to wind down FnF. Essentially, rather than choose between Cship and Rship, he tried to impose some aspects of Rship on FnF even though the statute didn't allow him to do that.
