Each of the last couple years DEJ has included that in their proxy for the annual meeting to authorize a reverse split if deemed necessary by the BOD. So far they haven't but its always out there hovering over the stock. I've done ok with DEJ but still have a few shares in one account I bought @ $.37, so feel your pain. Patience may pay off here if they are able to arrange suitable JV's, etc, and adequate financing w/o excessive dilution. GLTY
