He promised in a pr on september 18th 2012 to provide a form 10 and audited fins....it was the day after the traumatic and costly suspension and de-listing of kmag....that was 20 months ago...do you not call a broken promise a lie?...he promised it and he did not do it...liar liar liar...you make excuses for him...he is a suspended by the sec liar.
