Marcus Butler : * He was defendant "Marcus S. Butler and MSB Group Incorporated" in "Sharbat et al v. Butler et al" -> http://dockets.justia.com/docket/new-york/nysdce/1:2010cv06455/367297/ * Solomon Sharbat , Solomon Capital, LLC (plaintiffs) could probably guide you in some way as to how MSB Group operated and/or originated because they not only did business with them, but also sued them.
Investor Hudson Bay Capital, made headlines recently as one of 22 investment firms that settled a civil lawsuit from the Securities and Exchange Commission for illegal short-selling practices several years ago.
H+H (Honig n Hudson Bay)...BEWARE!!!!! Beware folks, I was invested in DSS from aug 2010 and have watched the stock just go straight down since they did their funding about 6 months ago. That caused me to start to do basic research via search engines and sec pages intowho this Honig character is as well as follwoing the success ( lack thereof) of all the companies I could find that Hudson Bay invested in. First, it is clear that this Barry Honig character is a serial penny stock promotor who has been investing in many of the same companies as Hudson Bay has. Honig is dirty as can be, so makes ME wonder if he isn't a front or schill for Hudson bay and Iriquois capital that freqently invested in same companies (MGT) is one example. These guys seem to have some connection to Chardan Capital in New York City as well since CC is the Banker on many of their invested companies, alongside this small obscure Banking form Palladium Captial led my a Michael Hartstein. I have found quite of bit of scary information in just few hours on all these characters . rest assured I will be forwarding what I can assertain as ...

Mr. Silverman,
Below, are indications by SpongeTech founder of grounds to justify the examination of Solomon Sharbat (Solomon Capital, LLC) for $250K.
My understanding of the following indication: "I sharbat bounced 250k against us also I forgot that gave silverman check"
... is that you would have that bounced check in your hands right now.
"Decrypted" indication would be: "Sharbat Solomon bounced $250K against us also. I forgot to mention that I gave that bounced check to Silverman"
If you don't agree that the "decrypted" indication is accurate (based on below's additional indications), please let me know if I can help clarify anything.

Let me try to get this straight. Out of the $1.2 million MSB Group owe us, $950K is owed to us by Marcus Butler and his partners (Michael Hartstein, Barry Honig and Michael Brauser), and the remaining $250K is owed to us by Solomon Sharbat? (via Solomon Capital, LLC?)

What do you mean by "I sharbat"?
Do you mean that the Sharbat firm mentioned in court case "Sharbat et al v. Butler et al" has also something to do with SpongeTech? (in addition to that Sharbat firm suing Marcus Butler?)
