Right! These PPS is so cheap. A company valued at over 300 million $ with no revenue, no license, millions of shares from family and friends becoming unrestricted, the FINRA all over the company (words from CEO) and a CEO making outrageous claims and making a fool of him self with the media is a BUY for sure.
