Scare tactic FAIL.
#1 FLPC would have to fall and STAY below .01 for 30 days in a row. Unlikely.
#2 Rule doesn't go into effect until 120 days after companies final quarter. Not happening for months.
#3 We are a long way off from having to worry about a RS
