Unfortunately it is looking very ugly for us shareholders. We saw some big selling eod today. Probably gonna see subs next week as selling pressure will continue due to the inept nature of this outfit.
The revenue was pretty much in line with my expectations. Their loss is entirely due to the lawsuit, and their operations are profitable aside from the legal fees. Their cash is effectively flat from year end. No shares were issued in Q1.
Other than that, you are correct... they are OTC Pink, thank goodness! They had a yield sign until the middle of last year!
