Could have been an arrangement between them and APT based on weighted averages. Personally, I feel there was a trigger mechanism behind this selling... I doubt they both just up and decided to sell all those shares here when we all know the PPS is going higher. Makes sense to me if this was control based on valuation of the weighted average.

That is just my feeling behind it.

Schissler still got prefereds for the future. These commons he sold were like an immediate bonus IMO
