Very true...my experience in the business/medical device world is that people like Reiza and Fowler are extremely intelligent, but business challeneged. People have there strengths and weaknesses. It appears that Titan has addressed the need for talented people to cover each facet of there business. I do hope that Hargove is truly running the show. You can't have an engineer leading a company to the promised land. I've worked for a medical device company who did/does and it's still a disaster.

Hopefully there are no egos at play and everyone knows there role. So far so good, but it would be interesting to know what's going on behind the scenes. Do they all get along, is Reiza a control freak, etc.

Well then, someone should tell them they are not in academia and a publicly traded company needs shareholders and the way to attract shareholders is to increase value. I'm happy that they are concentrating on development but in the positions they are in now, they also have to consider the shareholders.
