ICBU will move higher when it's time. No size is going make a difference when it's time to rock n roll. It's nice to read traders are scared, not buying, this makes less selling when the stock does move higher.
I like NO VOLUME selling at the bottom since it washed out under .05 last sell-off. This is a major indicator of a bottom put in. How many are willing to sell lower then ICBU already is.
