But it still goes to grey sheet and pps still tanks. I'd like to believe that them being cleared would mean all is well. But it's not. Doesn't do any good owning stock that people won't buy. Very long road ahead.

Oh no...these halts are not okay. There needs to be a tiered warning system. These halts are financially devastating.

They need to focus on the real financial criminals.

Assuming the SEC absolves the company of any wrongdoing, we don't have to worry one bit of FSPM being a fraud. We can find comfort that the SEC investigated them and found nothing.

Unfortunately, notice of that will not be forthcoming. The SEC will say nothing when the suspension ends.
