i read somewhere, ill have to dig and find it, they needed an extension for the 2013 fins and q1 fins to come out because they were doing so much business and were getting there statements audited for the first time.

they got an extension that i this was to april 15 i think and still release unaudited information.

either way its very unfortunate they got halted/suspened. we all no nothing will come of this except a few class action lawsuits, grey market, and a pos pps.
