My opinion is that in Q1 they needed the capital. And that maybe most of the revenue was later in the quarter.

Just speculation on my part. Which is why I said if the dillution trend conintues in Q2 and Q3 I would be concerned.

But everything else points ion the right direction, no?

Oh and the million in profit in Q1 was mostly in receivables which have since been collected. So they didn't have the cash in Q1.

Look at the accounts receivables bro. Cash is king and they are still waiting to get paid by their clients. It takes a while to have a consistant cash flow.

You subtract Capital raised form Accumulated deficits what do you get? SHAREHOLDER EQUITY! do the math :)
