I've been here for a while and honestly can't say I am surprised, I'll actually be surprised when it does run and "maintains" higher levels.

What we all watched after news was released has been going on with WNTR for over 6 months now and with as much great news that has been released it still remains a flippers paradise.

Flipper buy between 4' and low 5's and sell in the lower to mid 7 range. Yes I am guilty of it myself, but for the last several months, that's the only way to make money on this stock.

I don't like tying up funds in a stock that doesn't move like all of us expect it too, but until continued dilution by Frank stops once and for all, the only option is flippin.

So good luck to all here who make some bucks until Frank completes his diluting and WNTR can finally sustain higher PPS's.
