With the recent deal, I believe in Nigeria, Offor certainly has proven once again that he has the contacts and ability to do deals where he acquired a fossil fuel acreage and flipped it for a cool $35 million in profit !

Now if he would do a similar deal for ERHC ! It would appear that the numbers would line up to his benefit by a more than $35 million gain with a similar deal for ERHC with an increase in the share valuation of the hundreds of millions of shares he owns !!!
