But where did YOU get this "official rejection" news? It was not in any SEC filings from ARNA - Spencer laid out the timeline in his SA instablog what they said and when they said it. Up until last week, every filing said negotiations were ongoing - wasn't until the 10-K was out this week that ARNA stated the rejection was official.
