IMO, this piece of news not being on IHUB isn't keeping WNTR 'down'. It's available all over the internet (as well as being posted on the WNTR Board numerous times) and it's not even 'news'. This financial info was released a month or so ago, just being confirmed by releasing the actual F/S now.
