1. All the talk of the statements in the 10Q about going financial concern and risks are standard for penny stocks...That is why they are a penny stock...they would not be transparent if they didn't report like that.

3. Growlife has the best management with backgrounds with fortune 500 companies...think they want to risk their reputation?
4. NOTHING HAS CHANGED and you can get about a 80-90% discount here if you buy
