Once you get the hang of it is soooooo easy to use! I have had people put the device down initially when they used it, but once they got accustomed to using it, they liked it. The same with my $150 vape. Some stoners... (users) are just set in there ways and would rather smoke out of a nasty pipe.... whatever. The more I use this thing the more I think it is the greatest thing to sliced bread! And it is only $10!
If you have the ceramic screen, tell the tester to try it without, or use it on top. You can get it to vape some but to me it works better without the screen covering the coil. If it's a different issue, let its know what it is.
