Why would a 'world class CFO' only negotiate the median rate......sounds more like a 'regular CFO'.

One would think 'world class CFO' would be at the top end of the salary range based on comparable statistics.....somewhere closer to $220k......and not $100k in the cash compensation .

It actually appears the new' regular CFO' is working on the cheap.
