Reach out any time. I lost plenty of money, but also 3+ years of my career working for Cery. I am keeping my judgement against the company alive for as long as possible (decades the lawyers tell me), and will support anyone who has the ability to address the problem. I have several years of email and calendar history (roughly 2007-2010) that might help.
The saddest part of all of this, is that while I was there, we had a good product, and a good distribution deal that was making money through CPW. Rather than work with our partners, who, like all big companies, were trying to squeeze us, Cery killed the deal.
