There has been no delay in certs in fact some people with scottrade have them, and the CEO issued a statement saying we would have them by the 18th of May. In New York my calendar says its the 15th of May , so by SEC Standards they aren't delayed or even late, we will all have them soon and cash them in in September, don't you wish you had some?

Certs are already in Scottrade accounts, AND other brokers have acknowledged that the distribution appears to be real/legitimate, so I see no reason for the SEC to take any action at all. I also don't see this going to no bid with 1.6 BILLION or so on the bid at .0001. Only a matter of time before that moves to .0002 and beyond.
