I actually called the CEO and asked about stock buy-backs. The answer is pretty simple and not one I knew about. A company stock buy back while doing positive press releases is frowned up on by the SEC.
Ha also asked me to thank you all for your support. He said the company is doing everything it can to bring significant value to Nyxio shareholders.
