Yes they test their products on them plus much worse. I used to sell to Gillette who had a facility in Rockland, MD which would do all types of terrible stuff. But that was for all types of product in which they changed the base.
In her 3D printer the raw materials are pretty basic and used throughout the cosmetic industry and the tint are approved for human use so she is OK there. Now if she was going to change perfume (which is sprayed in Monkey's eyes until they go blind to see how many sprays it took) mixtures with new chemicals then she will have a problem.
