If they release news about cell tower work, it will likely be tied to a carrier most of us know of. That's what this company does so no, I'm not trading anywhere under pennies. L2 is very thin. A handful of us (not me) are still flipping a portion of holdings and that is why we still sit in this range. The right news puts us .01+ in days imo.
you have 250M+ shares promised at either .001 or higher. You better believe that in order to unload that volume this PPS will need to be pumped up big time.
