What? Nothing can be taken back - The insider crooks destroyed SPNG all on their own. The BK judge liquidated the assets
SPNGQ is no longer in business
otherwise SPNGQ ( the share holders here ) money is gone forever

BTW .. SM started the BK and the Judge ended the BK in total liquidation ...

No BK was started over some fantasy NSS .. it was started because the SEC/DOJ BUSTED SPNG for Security Fraud, among other things
