Here's a theory, THIS IS SOLELY MY OPINION, maybe Jimmy Esebag had it in for CIRC so bad that he knew if he could take the PBED away from them and add the one last thing that's Playboy (PBED) to his monopoly of Playboy items, that it would put CIRC out of business. Damn near worked as CIRC did file for bankruptcy protection. But in December of 2012, a judge lifted the bankruptcy and allowed CIRC to pursue legal suits against Playboy and Jimmy Esebag and a handful of other individuals and companies. Here we are today, a YEAR AND A HALF later in what I call the legal play of the century. Cirtran was SCREWED out of their ability to manufacture and distribute the PBED. Solely because of the actions of ONE MAN, Jimmy Esebag. I believe if it wasn't for Esebag, Playboy would have left CIRC continue to build the distribution network that it had to that point, built up to 40 countries. And CIRC wouldn't have been limited on manufacturing the drink when Playboy first ended the agreement. That all hurt CIRC's bottom line. They are slowly earning profit and increasing revenues each quarter. I could only imagine how far and how BIG CIRC would have become if it wasn't for the actions of ONE GREEDY MAN, Jimmy Esebag. Well his time has come in the courts as well. CIRC is playing ball with a BILLION dollar company in Playboy and a Billionaire individual in Jimmy Esebag who OWNS EVERYTHING with Playboys name on it. I gotta believe just these two alone are going to end up paying over $100 million combined in punitive damages to CIRC. Remember, almost every Playboy lawsuit ends up getting settled, and this one has been the longest by far. I see the finish line of this marathon legal dispute and I can't wait to see the impact it will have on CIRC and it's shareholders. That's all for now. Have a nice day. :)
