Actually, your statement is false on two levels that I can see glaringly, no offense.

1) There was a statement, PR, what-have you after the unveiling of the machine that stated it must have authorization from the state...

Do you think an alcohol vending machine or gun vending machine wouldn't need approval by the ATF first, or at least the state governing body adjoined? So yes, we are waiting for Colorado approval and it could surely be a catalyst for the next swing one way or the other.

2) Washington is not approved yet for recreational dispensaries. Do your homework. It's supposed to come out (it being the Alcohol and Tobacco regulating body in the state of Washington) with guidelines and regulations for these businesses and their operations somewhere in Spring-Summer 2014.

This can either be a very long summer or a great summer for the MJ sector based on that, IMO...

As far as ERBB goes, I have almost all long positions going back from Jan 2013.. I'm willing to see what happens and hold, but I'm getting nervous about machine approval and when f-ing Washington gets their act together..

Legal to smoke recreational wise in Washington, but there's no where to buy recreational MJ legally.. Go figure. Thanks politicians!

I'm still wondering how Zuckerberg's 200 million dollar donation to schools in NY --- $0 went to the kids, yet no one is being investigated. I need to go back to school for consulting
