Good news Jay, no need to worry about the Dimension lawyers. I actually did some DD and called them. Dimension called me back, Kreiger is moving to another firm and one of the company's senior partners is taking lead, with the same other three lawyers working on the case as before. It's one of the biggest law firms in the country, plenty of lawyers. I bet they fought over it as slam dunk cases like this look good on that resume!
