try..have seen a R/S going into the AMEX without additional shares being generated. The R/S without a move has always, from my experience, led eventually to more shares being issued.

You are right--after a RS the company CAN issure more to the float IF it needs money. SRY--its the way things are done. But many think ERHE doesnt need money.
