Same here

the State considers the discovery phase over and SFRX is picking up from there with postive identification of the ship and salvage under the same permit. There won't be any interim stoppage once they start.

seems funny to have someone stating that we have to do all of that and won't be getting the permit till next yr "IF ever" LOL

That is my understanding as well. The discovery phase is over because of HTQs work. There's no doubt of a wreck...they already found treasure to prove it...it's what wreck is it (they believe they know). A known treasure site is what we are about to embark on. It's not an "if" here like Lantana. They will be bringing up treasure...some here may have to get used to that :) All imo.
