Yes, I can go on about cbis all day. As I have said, though, I haven't looked at newc too deeply. It does seem suspicious with the superficial glance gave it though, especially considering they are involved with cbis. Here is one link, on an article done on cbis which sums things up. Note that the building they had a "5-year and three month lease" on a couple years ago was not mentioned in the 2013 10-k.
